Our story
The idea for Fixology came from working in elite sports physio, keeping athletes on top form with the latest therapies and techniques. Then founder Ruth Sudol had a baby, and realised that the same level of care just wasn’t available for new mums.
For your average woman having a baby, recovering from abdominal surgery or experiencing menopause symptoms, there’s little support. Waiting lists are long and specialists hard to find. You may be in pain, tired and out of sorts. Where’s that team of experts when you need them? We decided to create our own ‘dream team’ – to prioritise getting women back on the road to recovery, at all stages of their life journey. And Fixology was born.
