Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you’re visiting Fixology for physiotherapy treatment in Leeds, joining a womens strength class, or having one of our many other treatments, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your visit.

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions we get at Fixology, but if your question isn’t answered here, contact us and we’ll be able to help.

Item #1
A Mummy MOT is a baseline assessment of common post natal conditions. This is a great starting point but doesn’t include treatment. If there is a specific problem you want assessing and treating you may prefer to book a Physiotherapy initial appointment.
At your Physiotherapy initial assessment we take a history and do a thorough assessment. Most of the time we start treatment as well. Occasionally, if your history is complex and there is a lot to assess we may need to start treatment at your follow up appointment. It’s important we take a full history and do a thorough assessment to treat effectively.

Yes of course. You can email your medical notes, scans or other information to info@wearefixology.co.uk. We upload these securely onto our system for future reference.

Please do NOT attend the Fixology Hub with cold or flu symptoms. Our team will do the same. We want to respect each other and not spread any virus.

All standard appointments are 45 minutes. If you’re travelling a long distance we advised you book two appointments together (1.5 hours) so that we can assess and treat more per visit, making the most of your time.

Some classes, talks and appointments are longer, see our prices page for info.

Of course! We welcome everyone to our Fixology clinic and welcome clients of all genders who are looking for the best functional healthcare therapies.
