Ruth founded Fixology because she wanted to help people get better treatment and holistic care as an athlete, weekend warrior and through motherhood, menopause and beyond.
Since 2004, Ruth has worked as a physiotherapist in array of elite sports, such as GB boxing and with Triathaletes. It was when Ruth gave birth that she diversified her skills and developed a passion for making elite level of treatment accessible to everyone – especially new mums – as well as athletes.
Ruth believes in keeping active for life, and age shouldn’t be a barrier to doing what you enjoy. She still loves playing competitive netball and getting the most out of her body.
Balancing family, friends, fitness and business is what Ruth is all about, and applies this mentality into driving and ensuring excellence at Fixology.
