What is it?

Rehabilitation is about optimising strength, alignment and functional movement in your body. We completely individualise this to your needs, rehabilitating you to the specific movements you want to make.

What we do

As part of our Whole Body Approach we don’t confine ourselves to only examining the area of your body which is presenting a problem, but we also look further afield to see where the weakness may lie which is causing your problem. We examine your movement quality, strength deficits and the specific things that are causing you bother. As well as manual therapy treatment techniques, we prescribe bespoke rehabilitation exercises to address what we find in your assessment, to optimise strength, alignment, breath mechanics, functional movement, and pressure management, integrating all the body’s systems.
