Classes: Strong Woman
Are you struggling to maintain your strength, or not feeling strong enough to do all the things you want to?
If YES, our new Strong Woman class will be right for you.
Strong Woman classes focus on using heavier weights* with longer rests and less reps. These shorter bursts of more intense weight training will promote strength gains and healthy bones with lasting and visible results!
*The heavier weights will be chosen to cater to your individual abilities.
This class, while strong on its own, is perfect pair to all of our other classes on offer, such as Strength Training and Low Impact HIT Training. Remember, variety is the KEY to progression!
