Classes: Tendon & Bone Strengthening

Lower oestrogen levels can impact your bone density and the tendons which attach to the bone. This can impact your mobility and strength. In our 'Tendon and Bone Strengthening' classes we take a proactive approach to looking after your bone density, through weight-bearing exercises.

Our controlled programme will focus on technique, repetitions, muscle fatigue and stress management, supporting your optimal bone health in the menopause and keeping you strong and independently mobile.

This class is a circuit-based training class aimed at mixed abilities. If you have no or little experience of strength training we advise you to do the introduction to strength training class first.

If you want to train at a higher intensity and/or increase your metabolic rate we recommend you come to our Low Impact HIIT Training class.
