Classes: Low Impact HIIT Training

Our high intensity interval training sessions combine weight training and cardiovascular in one class, helping to raise your metabolic rate while also benefitting your bones, tendons, heart and brain. These sessions of weighted exercises in small bursts are perfect for combatting your slowing metabolism as you progress through the peri-menopause and beyond.

The key difference from an intense HIIT class in the gym, for example, is that we're mindful of the other changes in your body brought about by the menopause, and we've designed these classes to be lower impact, reducing your risk of pelvic floor dysfunction or injury, while still raising your heartrate. It's metabolic acceleration without the stress!

This class is aimed at intermediate to experienced participants. If you’re a complete beginner, we recommend you start with our Introduction to Strength Training class, or you might want to try our Tendon and Bone Strengthening class.
